I originally bought this shirt jacket thinking I would wear it camping or apple picking or something, but I’ve really only worn it once in the past few years since I purchased it! That said, I thought it was high time to pull it out of the closet and citify it a bit…

I love layering so I’ll take any excuse to do so! The trend of a tank over another top feels very 90s to me, which is also very reminiscent of something I might have worn back in 1994. :) To make it feel a bit more current, I added my favorite tassel earrings and faux fur jacket, but kept the rest of the look simple by wearing black jeans and nude heels.

I think this might be one of my favorite outfits I’ve worn lately, even though now it’s much too cold to wear such a light jacket. (We are supposed to get a couple inches of snow here in New York!) But for those of you that live in warmer climates, hopefully you can take some inspiration from this look!
