Happy Wednesday dolls! I hope your week has been going smoothly so far. So today wraps up my glorious trip to St. Thomas, and I just want to say that it’s been so fun to share all my photos and memories with you. Thanks for all your sweet comments…they make my day!

So, I know I briefly touched on my seasickness that took place on our second to last day on the island, but in keeping with the week timeline, I thought I would share a few more photos for kicks. Although I was pretty green for most of the day, I was very well taken care of and had plenty of pretzels, ginger ale, and finally was able to take a big ol’ nap back at the resort. And, while I was bobbing around with my snorkel gear on, I saw some awesome turtles, beautiful coral and colorful fishies! I promise it wasn’t a total loss! Anyway, once back in the room, I was finally able to pull myself out of bed a few hours later and felt refreshed enough to eat something besides pretzels. So, we headed over to one of the restaurants on the property for a lovely, and quite lavish dinner. See my outfit photos at the bottom!

Hello hello! I’m back from a blissful week in St. Thomas and am super excited to share the rest of my photos with you all! Let’s rewind to Wednesday…
My Outfit: Jumper: Buffalo Exchange, Belt: Thrifted from 20Twenty, Sandals: Dolce Vita
All we had planned for the day was to take a skyride up to Paradise Point, see a pretty view and take it from there. I wanted to be comfy and cool so I opted for my jersey knit jumper, which I also wore here and remixed here, except this time around, I chose to pair it with a magenta belt that I thrifted from my favorite vintage store 20Twenty, in Seattle. Anyway, we stopped to get ice cream before heading up, and then before we knew it we were miles high in the sky. Needless to say the view was picturesque.
When we first got there, there were only a handful of people around. But, before we knew it, the crowds began to gather, and there was live music, food being served and drinks all around. It turned out to be quite the party! We ended up staying for most of the night.
I’m pretty sad to be leaving today, but before we go, we are heading down to the water to log some serious beach time before taking off for the airport. I will say that coupled with the fact that I have limited time left on this lovely island, I also got a serious case of seasickness yesterday that really did a number on me, so instead of blogging, I had to head to bed soon after dinner. But thanks for hanging in there with me. : ) For now, I will bid you adieu and say that I have loved sharing this amazing trip with you all. Sorry for the quick post today. I took tons of amazing photos yesterday, and will make sure to share them with you tomorrow, but in the meantime, we are off to Buck Island where we are going to swim with endangered sea turtles! Tuesday, we set off to explore St. John’s, which is a mere 20 minute ferry ride from St. Thomas. With sunny skies and a light breeze, all I have to say it was pretty heavenly to be outdoors on a boat. It’s been a while and I never take it for granted when it happens. Anyway, we enjoyed our day by exploring the shops, wandering the winding streets, and eating a yummy lunch at a little cafe not far from the ferry landing.

After returning to our island, I went down to the pool and swam around as the sun began to set, which was really relaxing and peaceful. Then later that evening, I made us yummy orange white wine spritzers, which I have to say were very tasty and refreshing. We finished up the night at a restaurant in Red Hook where I got the pulled pork sandwich. Messy, but oh so good.

I have to say I was pretty happy with how my hair turned out, and was glad that I brought along my favorite Coach heels. To me, they make any outfit feel chic because of their pretty buttery color and of course because of their nice, high heel.

So, I know that I just came back from Seattle, but I actually just flew out yesterday for a very last minute vacation in St. Thomas! I am beyond thrilled, and this photo sums up how I feel…super excited! I will be working/posting during the whole trip, and can’t wait to share some fun and amazing photos with you guys.
