Happy Friday, friends! Sorry for no post yesterday. My camera is on its very last leg (sad, and quite stressful) and I haven’t been able to take my normal outfit photos. But, I’m now on the lookout for a new camera, I think I have it narrowed down, but if you guys have any suggestions, I would love to hear them!
So, this outfit…denim on denim? I’m loving it. And, I tried the little trick where you tie the belt instead of actually belting it. I’m digging it. It gives the outfit a more relaxed, hippie-like feel.
Lastly…the sandals. They are by Steve Madden and great for summer. To be honest, I am usually very wary of ankle straps on flats or sandals because the style in general is not flattering for my legs, but in this case, there is a mini wedge, which helps in lengthening the look of my calves. The end result? I can wear a casual flat sandal with my denim cutoffs without feeling short or frumpy. Done and done.
