Last weekend I headed up to Sag Harbor with some close friends to get away from the city for a bit and relax. Having time to barbecue yummy burgers, wander on the beach, and stroll through the quaint town was just what the doctor ordered. I came back to Manhattan feeling refreshed and inspired. Happy Friday! I thought this postcard was cute, however it is not exactly bright and sunny here in Sag Harbor this morning, but I am in no way complaining. I love being out here. It may be pouring, but I have a view of a beautiful inlet and can just see the beach just slightly beyond. I am here with friends, family (okay, my friend’s family) and two dogs. Just sipping my coffee, about to eat some yummy breakfast. Yup, pretty happy! Now I just wish MY Mom and Dad were here! I am sorry for the lack of posts today…I am rushing around gathering up my stuff to run away to the Hamptons for a day or so, but I wanted to post this photo because he is just too yummy to pass up. They sure do make ’em cute in Stockholm!
As many of you know, I recently got bangs! But, in the process, my hairdresser had to cut off a ton of my long hair because it was so damaged! Oops. Anyway, while I am loving my hair style, and my healthy locks, I still dream of having hair like Naomi’s…long hair with thick, heavy bangs. So pretty and romantic looking. In order to go about this, I think my first step will be to actually get it cut every six weeks like you are supposed and also ask for thicker, heavier bangs in front. I can’t wait! Last week I went to a party with my friend Ayn and she introduced me to her good friend Bailey. She and I began chatting, hit it off, and then I made her let me take photos of her gorgeous dress and phenom shoes. Doesn’t she look lovely? And, she is getting married soon! Congrats Bailey!
So, as many of you know, I have decided to add posts about what I wore, which is super fun to photograph, despite me looking slightly crazy, dancing around by myself on the street. But, I have also decided that I want to try out different layouts for a bit and see what I like best. Who knows, maybe I will continue to just do a mish mosh of types. So far, I have tried this style of layout, and this week, I opted to try out this awesome coloring effect that the lovely Audrey of the cool blog, Homerunballerina, uses. Thoughts?
