Yesterday afternoon I went with my friend Malorie of Cameo PR to the Milly show. The collection was incredible—more to come on that soon—and afterward I met Malorie’s friend Sabrina of A New Mode, who is super cool. We all went back stage and then sat in the lounge eating Pop Burgers and drinking champagne. Yum! It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. After hanging out for a bit, I ran home, did some work and then got all gussied up to go meet my friend Amy for a drink before heading to the Gilt/Refinery 29 party. Outfit photo to come soon!

My Outfit: Tibi RTW Spring 2010

Yesterday was such a whirlwind of fashion fun. I literally ran around all day, bouncing between shows, the last one being the Tibi RTW collection at the tents—another show I covered for The Daily Obsession. It is always pretty crazy there so I was relieved when I ran into my new blogger friend Lucrecia, from Fashion is Poison, who I met at the Weardrobe Conference a couple weekends ago. The show itself was very pretty and feminine—more to come on the collection soon. As for my outfit, I bought this dress with my Mom when I was back in Seattle and have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear it. The only problem with it is that it’s super sheer, even with tights underneath. I finally found a navy blue slip that worked perfectly, thank goodness! I opted for my bight magenta belt because I loved the contrast of it against the turquoise. Then I threw on my new favorite necklace, (or belt, depending on my outfit) from Fred Flare and I was ready to go!

My Outfit:
Necklace: Fred Flare
Dress: The Vintage Closet in Ballard, WA
Slip: F21
Belt: The Vintage Closet in Ballard, WA
Shoes: F21
