Lately I have been thinking a lot about beauty and the products that I reach for on a daily basis. Honestly, this post was pretty spontaneous and in fact very organic and as I was simply sitting on my couch, sipping my iced latte and looking down at what products I had gathered in front of me as I was getting ready for the day. So I thought, why not share them with you?
Here are some of my favorite beauty products that have been on heavy rotation as of late:
Bliss Arm Candy: I just bought this over the weekend so I’m only a couple days in, but have heard good things. Have you guys used it?
Le Labo Santal 33: This is what I like to think of as my signature scent. The other day I wore something completely different and kept smelling it throughout the night. It really threw me off and I didn’t feel like me. So funny how a scent can be so powerful.
Caudalie Beauty Elixir: I have come to LOVE this stuff. I spray it on in the morning to wake myself up and in the evening after I have put on my makeup and want to “set it” before leaving the house. It’s especially great after a sweaty workout and you want to spray something cooling and camling on your face.
Mini Olivine Love + Salt Beach and Hair Mist: This was recently sent to me as a gift so I tried it out and ended up really liking it. The ingredients are simple but it still smells amazing. I haven’t used it on my face yet, but I love the texture it gives my hair, like I just came from the beach!
Cetaphil: I definitely have other face creams that I swear by that are great for different things (i.e. night and eye creams, diminishing fine lines etc.) but a long time ago, my dermatologist told me that I should be using Cetaphil because my skin was so dry and sensitive. I was really struggling with flakey skin after I got back from being in the sun at the beach last month so I reverted back to this tried and true brand, and I have to say, my skin has fully recovered and is back to feeling soft and moisturized.
Alright, well that’s it for now! Hope you enjoyed this little impromptu post – thinking of doing more of them in the near future. What do you think?
