Happy New Year! Any fun plans for tonight? I am heading to dinner, then off to a little get together at a friend’s house. Even though the evening will be fairly low key, I always love to dress up and will use any excuse to do so. But, to be perfectly honest, I always kind of dread having to look for dresses for these occasions because most of the options are either sleeveless or strapless. Both of which I cringe at, especially during the winter when I am pale and my arms always feel out of shape. I feel like everyone has something about themselves that they are critical of, whether it’s rational or not, and mine are my arms, but with that said, this year I am working hard at accepting how I look when baring my arms and shoulders in strapless and sleeveless pieces. And now after teaming up with Dove (read my previous post here) and using their go sleeveless Soothing Chamomile Deodorant, I am slowly but surely changing my attitude and embracing revealing my arms in sleeveless styles.
