On Tuesday, I headed out to Westhampton to get away for a couple of days and visit my friend Jennie who recently moved there from the city. It was pouring when I left, but the next day it was almost 60 degrees, so I took advantage of the weather and was finally able to wear this little chambray off the shoulder dress. We headed to the beach, where she was kind enough to snap a few photos for me, then we spent the rest of the time running around on the sand with Cody, her adorable Maltipoo, and soaked up the sun and salt air.

Yesterday I flew to Miami for the day with Celebrity Cruises (check out my Instagram Stories if you haven’t yet) and it felt so amazing to be in 80 degree balmy weather! Now all I want to do is wear a flowy little dress like this one, sip on a glass on rosé while sitting outside somewhere by the water. Doesn’t that sound amazing?

Since it’s still too chilly to wear any kind of spring dress without layers, I decided I would see if I could winterize this Bishop & Young dress by adding a turtleneck underneath of it and a pair of OTK boots. Luckily it wasn’t freezing on the day that we shot this look so I didn’t need tights, but I think a black pair would look super cute as well and you could swap out the tall boots with a pair of booties if that’s more your style.Read more
