crazy about…floral jeans
1. Paige Verdugo Ankle in Flea Market Floral / 2. J.Crew Liberty Toothpick Jean in Tresco Floral / 3. Forever 21 Rose Print Skinny Jeans / 4.Gap 1969 Printed Legging Skimmer Jeans / 5. Hudson Krista Super Skinny Jeans (although not quite a traditional floral print, the pattern gave off more of an abstract flowery feel, which I thought was fresh and fun)
Floral denim has been around for a bit now, but it hasn’t seemed to go anywhere, which is fine by me. I love a good bold, flowery print and when paired with either a basic white v-neck or classic chambray button down, it’s the perfect go-to outfit for a sunny spring day.

Helena, Kim and I will be there from 5-7PM, so make sure to come say hi – we would love to meet you! xo
Friday Favorites
Happy Friday! Here are five things I’m loving at the moment.
1. New face creams from Restorsea (c/o) – the most magical products ever. / 2. A giant mug from Alaska courtesy of my good friend, Nate. Best surprise present I’ve gotten in a while. / 3. TOMS Sunglasses (c/o) – love the cause behind this brand. / 4. New UGG sandals (c/o) just begging to be worn to Coachella in two weeks. / 5. One of many favorite scents, Baies Noire, from diptique. Finally broke down and bought a full sized candle. Go big or go home, right?
See my previous Friday Favorites here! Happy Weekend! xo
(This is not a sponsored post. All items listed in a Friday Favorites post are chosen by me because I truly love and support the product.)
A Day to Night With Gucci
Photos thanks to Kim and Christina
Back in February, on a gray and wet afternoon, I spent a relaxing day with Gucci at The MOMA with Christina and Kim, where we admired art, took lots of photos and hid from the rain. Afterward, we lunched at Via Quadronno and then later headed over to Dream Dry where we got all dolled up before heading to Del Posto for drinks and appetizers. It was such a decadent and fun experience, especially wearing these bright loafers around all day. Thank you Gucci, for making a rainy day a little brighter!

Here are a few fun Instagrams I took throughout the day – you can follow me here! xo

After writing this blog for four and a half years now I have always strived to come up with new and interesting content, but with a fluctuating schedule and lots of travel as of late, it can be hard to stay on track with consistent posts other than sharing regular outfits, and even that can be hard to maintain at times when other work gets really busy. But, I have given it some thought and decided I am going to really try to post every Wednesday a series called “Crazy About…” which will be based on a trend, theme or just things I like, and on Friday, a post called “Friday Favorites” which I first introduced here, and will be showcasing things I’m loving at the moment.
So, here is to the New Year and making things happen, and with that said, I give you my first “Crazy About” post, which is all about a a handful of my favorite black and white items which are available online. Hope you enjoy, and continue to stop by and check things out! And thanks for all your continuous love and support – you guys make this all worthwhile. xoxo
Here and there
HRH Necklace / Zara Jacket, Top and Shoes / Current / Elliot Jeans (not as discounted, but can be found here) / 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel
I came across these two batches of outfit photos and realized I had never posted them, probably because A. I forgot and B. I thought they might be a bit too blurry due to the time of day of when they were taken. But regardless, I liked both looks so decided to pull them out and post them for fun. The top outfit I wore to a press event and the second look I wore to the Red Dress CollectionSM Fashion Show back in February.
Aren’t these jeans wild? I found them in a cute boutique in New Orleans last October, where they were majorly on sale and decided they’d be perfect for spring and summer. I’m looking forward to pairing them with a bright tank instead of a long sleeve blouse and jacket as shown above. Warmer weather really needs to grace New York with its presence immediately – snow, wind and rain is just not cutting it. Luckily I am heading to Coachella in a few weeks (more on that soon) where I get to soak up some much needed Vitamin D and I can not wait! xo
