Spring is finally here, at least I think it is (please stay 60 degree weather!), and that makes me so excited to starting trying out new color combinations. I found this great roundup on Who What Wear thanks to one of my clients and wanted to share it with you guys. Some of these pairings are more expected than others but that’s what makes palette experimenting so fun! So, which one of these color trifectas would you try?

One of my favorite views of Seattle from the overlook at Kerry Park.

Spring is finally here!

Funny puppy. I like how it looks like he is smiling for the camera.

The houses surrounding Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill are so majestic and beautiful. I could stare at them (and cherry blossoms) all day.

We climbed the castle. 100 steps exactly!

Another amazing view at the top of Queen Anne.

While I was in college, my parents sold the house I grew up in and decided it was time for a change. So they left Richmond Beach, which is about 20 minutes north of Seattle, and moved to Lake Union to live on a houseboat for a year. The scenery was amazing from the top deck, which was of a perfect, unobstructed view of the Space Needle and all of downtown Seattle. Unbeatable.

Goofing off at my Godmother’s surprise party on Saturday.

My amazing parents, who celebrated 40 years of marriage last month. Love you both! xo

I fell in love with this skirt from J.Crew and decided to remix it four different ways, creating four different styles. I tried to keep a few of the items consistent throughout a couple of the looks, like my necklace and the bags I used. Now I’d love to know, which look is your favorite? You can check out each look in more detail in the above links. Happy Friday, everyone! xo

Shop all four looks!

(Again, even if some of the pieces listed below aren’t the exact same color as what I am wearing, the link should still bring you to the correct color and item. :)

Sunglasses: Saint Laurent / Necklace: J.Crew (similar)/ Shirt: J.Crew (old but similar here, and 20% at Bloomingdales with the code SALE20!) / Skirt: J.Crew / Belt: J.Crew / Bag: Kate Spade  (gifted) / Shoes: Stuart Weitzman (old – gifted)

There’s nothing like a blindingly bright monochromatic outfit to get you going on Thursday, am I right?! This is my last outfit remixing this skirt and boy did I have fun doing so. Tomorrow I will be rounding up all the different ways I wore it and would love to know which look was your favorite, so stay tuned!

P.S. Starting now until April 6th, Bloomingdales is offering 20% off on regular and sale priced purchases with code SHOP20. I’m so boring, I will probably stock up on more of these tees in white, this candle and this nail enhancer that I am now obsessed with. I can’t help that basics are still my favorite things to buy! What are you guys eyeing?

Hat: J.Crew (25% off by using the code SHOPNOW) / Sunglasses: Westward Leaning (gifted) / Necklace: J.Crew similar) / Sweatshirt: J.Crew (this piece is so incredibly soft, reversible and on sale!) / Skirt: J.Crew / Clutch: Clare Vivier / Shoes: Aldo (sadly I can’t find these online anymore, but here is another pair of cute black flats. I also love these white ones, and they are on sale!)

Went with a sporty vibe this time around, in sneakers, a sweatshirt and a ball cap. See how I previously styled this skirt, here and here. xo

P.S. J.Crew is offering 25% off on certain items plus an extra 30% off sale items with the code SHOPNOW!

Sunglasses: Lookmatic (gifted) / Blazer: Helmut Lang (found this one for a steal on eBay!) / Tee: Rag & Bone / Jeans: Zara / Shoes: Nine West / Bag: Givenchy / Earrings: Bauble Bar x Nordstrom (gifted) / Lipstick: MAC in Viva Glam 1

Spotted these paint-splattered jeans at Zara a couple weeks ago and finally picked them up during a visit to the Seattle location this past weekend. I love how they seem to mirror the pattern of the fallen cherry blossoms on the ground.

Went for a nice walk around Greenlake on Sunday with my best friend who just had a baby boy. (They named him Wyatt – such a cute name.) It was gorgeous out and I can’t seem to get enough of all the cherry blossom trees. They are everywhere!

Spent part of my Saturday with a bunch of darling women who hired me for a group styling session. We sipped champagne and talked all things clothing. Will be putting together a post on that soon, so stay tuned!

I had a bit of time before my styling session on Saturday afternoon, so I accompanied a close friend to her appointment to look at wedding dresses downtown. So many choices, it’s crazy!

Baby Wyatt’s little feet. Are these not the tiniest socks you’ve ever seen?!

More blossoms!

Obsessed with these gorgeous earrings from Bauble Bar x Nordstrom. The collection will be available for eight weeks and launches today. You can shop the collection here!

I finally found a pair of white heels for spring. And they were under $100!

My love.

One more cherry blossom shot for good measure. Hope your weekend was lovely! :) xo

Hat: Vitamin A (gifted but similar option here) Sunglasses: Tom Ford / Blazer: J.Crew / Tee: J.Crew / Skirt: J.Crew (select colors on sale!) / Clutch: Clare Vivier / Necklace: J.Crew / Shoes: Zara (similar option here)

Truth be told, I’m obsessed with this skirt. And like I mentioned here, I am going to remix the heck out of it over the next week. For this particular look, I could see it fit for a meeting or appointment (depending on your industry of course) since the heels and blazer elevate the casual tee. Then later on in the evening, I would slip off the blazer and pop on the hat for a more playful vibe to partake in an outdoor happy hour with friends.

Sunglasses: Karen Walker / Necklace: J.Crew / Sweatshirt: J.Crew / Skirt: J.Crew (select colors on sale!)  / Bag: Kate Spade  (gifted) / Heels: Christian Louboutin (similar option here)

Remember when I said I went a little crazy at J.Crew? I just couldn’t help myself, there were just so many cute items to pick up and add to my closet for spring. But in order to make this shopping spree worth my while, I decided to combine and remix a few of items I bought in a bunch of different ways, so I will be rolling out those looks throughout the week. Stay tuned!
