Ray-Ban Sunglasses / J.Crew Vest (old) and Shirt / Zara Jeans and Boots / Kipling Pahniero Bag (c/o) / Coach Watch (c/o) / Gap Scarf (old)
As a child growing up in the 90s, I remember Kipling bags as the brand of bag to have. Now, years later, I have the pleasure to work with the brand and integrate pieces of the collection into my style as an adult. For the next month, I will be styling up a different Kipling bag every week that work with all the different aspects of my life. Whether it’s heading out of the city for a weekend or traveling back to Seattle, I have found these bags to be convenient, versatile and very resilient against daily wear and tear.
For this look, I took this fall-appropriate, hunter green Pahniero bag with me upstate a few weeks ago to spend some much needed R&R with friends. I loved that I could stuff this tote full of everything I needed for a day of hanging out, taking long walks and soaking up the beautiful scenery upstate. I also loved that I could do whatever I wanted to this bag and it remained resilient to the mud and occasional rain we experienced. I just wiped it off and it was good as new!

I used to LOVE kipling bags back when I was a kid. Such a perfect outfit to compliment the bag. I was actually in upstate new york a few weekends ago from a staycation as well.

I love this outfit for fall… the vest is a great addition, since it usually isn’t warm enough for winter but I bet it would be just perfect over the flannel shirt for cool fall temps! And the bag is a great addition… looks like it’ll hold just enough and isn’t too fancy.

Kipling, this is a brand I have heard of from my childhood. My mother is an ardent fan of Kipling bags as they are extremely handy, user friendly, stylish and durable. Although you have to spend through your nose to own one, it’s definitely a one time investment. You can use these bags for years and do not have to change it every season. Even if you are a fashion freak and love owning bags as per their color, you can opt for one every season and keep adding to your collection.
