Would you believe I’ve had this colorful cover-up since January. I ordered it for my LA trip early this year, but it didn’t come in time, so I had to save it for the warmer months to come. Then Sarasota with one of my best friends, Liz, came up and voila! It became the perfect go-to item for Florida sun-bathing. I love mixing and matching my beach and pool-wear as much as I do my day-to-day outfits, but I love it even more when the pieces I buy are under $20! Sadly this printed piece is no longer available on ASOS, but here is a similar style, nor is this bathing suit but you can buy a similar version here! xo

Have fun. I live in a nearby town. Lots of good shopping in SRQ. I’m sure your friend knows all the great places! AND all the great food spots. It’s a little hot this week, but still pretty. Enjoy!

Aww, I love the Sarasota area! I’ve spent many Christmas breaks down there and second Meg in that you should check out St. Armand’s! There are so many great restaurants and ice cream shops there….the smells itself are amazing :)
