My Outfit: Blue Jeans, Resurrected

Last night I went and had happy hour drinks and eats with my life long best friend and her husband. Since I worked inside all day—minus a quick break to run errands with Dad, which included a brisk walk around Greenlake and a stop to pick up my clothes at the alterations place—I was basically in my P.J.s for most of the day. So, coupled with the fact that I was feeling a little stir crazy and I came home with what felt like five new pairs of pants (alterations really do make all the difference when you are short), I decided I wanted to take it up a notch for my happy hour rendevous. I hadn’t worn these jeans in years because the hem was so torn up (whoops!) so I was pretty excited to incorporate them into an outfit again. My other favorite part of the ensemble is my new necklace, that I bought from Buffalo Exchange. It is the perfect statement piece to add to any outfit. It’s still fairly sublte but can add that extra je n’ais quoi to any outfit within seconds. Final touch, red lipstick and heels. Parfait!
