This past Saturday was a busy one. I tried a Tabata core class for the first time, which makes laughing, sneezing or getting up from sitting down, particularly painful because I am so sore! Casey and I had a nice breakfast at one of our favorite cafes and then had a slew of parties to go to (one going away party for a dear friend of mine, one Birthday party for a client of mine and a wrap party for Casey’s job at Netflix), and had a great time bouncing around the city all night.
First off let me just say, Casey named this post. I was struggling for a title and he just blurted out Winter Creamsicle! I started laughing but hey, it stuck.
Anyway, sorry for the short posts this week – it’s been a busy one with Fashion Week in full swing, but I wanted to share this white on cream outfit that I wore earlier this week. Admittedly I was pretty chilly without my coat on but I loved this look so much that I braved the cold to photograph it haha!
Hope everyone’s week was great and here’s to an awesome weekend! xo

I love scarves. I have more than I care to admit but I can’t stop buying more every fall and winter. I find that my most favorite scarves are either from Zara and ASOS (see yesterday’s post) and I love how affordable they are.
Sometimes styling a really long or large scarf can feel intimidating because you start to wonder where all the fabric is supposed to go! But my favorite way to handle an oversized scarf is to make sure it doesn’t too look fussy or “done” and that it is comfortable around your neck. I tend to wear mine fairly loosely, circled once around with the ends hanging down in front.
It’s not quite chilly enough just yet to break out my new ones so I thought instead I would share some of my older, favorite outfits from this past year where the scarf was the main focal piece.

Maybe I should do a scarf styling/tying tutorial on my YouTube channel! Would you guys be into that? Let me know in the comments below! xo
Hello, hello! Today’s post is all about these ripped jeans I found at Zara not too long ago. It’s safe to say that I absolutely love them and have been living in them ever since. They are the perfect length, they have the perfect amount of rips and holes in the knees and have just the right amount of 90s style infused into them. I love how they look with a pair of pointy pumps, or with a pair of sleek black leather mules – it makes me feel like I am back in 1996! Anyway, this is a style I can see myself wearing often because it’s effortless and comfortable and can transition easily from casual meetings to happy hour with friends.

Today’s post features a fairly simple look I wore out to lunch with my Dad the other day. I created this outfit around these leather pants, which are my absolute favorite (I scored them 40 percent off at Nordstrom over Christmas!) and paired them with a striped turtleneck from Forever 21, my Everlane navy leather loafers and a bright red lip, courtesy of L’Oreal Paris’ long lasting lip color in Infallible Red.
It was a typical Seattle spring day, so I wore a mid-weight light wool overcoat from Zara over the top of the outfit along with my J.Crew inifinty scarf, just in case it got a little chilly.
