As you can see it was quite windy up on The High Line because I swear my hair actually looked cute and styled when I left the house. But I had to relinquish all control in hopes of keeping it tame while I was sporadically hit with gusts of windchill while sporting an open jacket. Ah well, all for the love of fashion, right?
