Yesterday I spent the whole day planning outfits for Thursday (more to come on that project soon) and cleaning up my room. And then all of a sudden it was time to run out to an event at Lord & Taylor with my friend Carolyn and I realized I hadn’t taken any outfit photos. I snagged my roommate and had her snap a few out in the courtyard before I sloshed my way uptown. These photos were taken literally right before it began storming like cats and dogs. Needless to say, the clogs came off and the rain boots went on.
It’s been a while since I’ve posed in front of my beloved brick wall. She has served me well and I am very grateful for her lovely backdrop.

P.P.S. All I want is to wear these clogs with wide leg jeans, but due to the humidity, that it impossible at the moment. I can’t wait for fall.

Back to brick and black, though the shirt is navy. You have just been wearing alot of lighter colors lately. Summer brings out the extremes, doesn’t it?

I love the brick patterned blouse against the brick wall. Great pattern play! I also cannot wait for fall – I can’t wait to see those clogs with the wide legs.
