I spent most of Saturday walking around the city, so it was imperative that I was comfortable all day. I opted for my oldest and most comfortable pair of jeans. The only problem? They’ve always been too long, which resulted in a ragged hem. So, to avoid stepping on my already-too-long jeans, I decided to turn them into a sort of boyfriend jean. I simply rolled up the hems in a careless way, instead of folding them neatly, which I felt gave off a more relaxed, casual look. I think I am going to use this trick more often…
One of my favorite coffee shops, Think, which I stopped by after yoga and treated myself to an iced Spanish latte.
Brunch in the East Village at National.
I took this photo on my way to yoga in the morning, but later that evening I went back to the theater to meet my friend Liz to see a series of short films. A friend of hers directed one of the films, which was great, but they were all really good. It was my first time experiencing the the Tribeca Film Festival and I had a fantastic time. (Thanks Liz!)

I love that outfit. Casual but well put together.
…and I love that I recognize where you are in the photo! It only took 7 months, but finally. I feel like I belong. ;)
