Happy New Year’s Eve, dolls! What are you up to this evening? Any fun dinners or parties? I am going to spend the first part of the night with my parents and go to dinner and a movie, then join up with some friends to watch the fireworks shoot off the top of the Space Needle! Can’t wait…hopefully I’ll get some good photos.
As far as my outfit goes, I mentioned yesterday that I was going to wear sequins tonight…
This fun, shiny, sequiny Shine Fever Capelet is from ModCloth and I have been waiting for a special occasion to wear it. It’s actually a vest with a removable capelet, which is super cute with jeans, but for tonight, I wanted to be a bit more glam. So, I played around with it and ended up taking off the capelet and wearing the vest backwards, which left the back slightly open. I tied it all together with a thick, stretchy gold belt I just picked up at my favorite vintage store, 20Twenty, in Ballard, then chose some colorful tights, pulled my hair into a low chignon, and voila!
