I first posted about this outfit a few weeks ago and loved the skirt/top so much that I decided to wear it to happy hour drinks with friends. It was a muggy evening and I wanted to make sure I stayed cool, so I slipped the skirt up over my waist—leaving my shoulders bare— and tucked it in to short shorts. I topped the whole look with a chunky turquoise necklace and my trusty hat, and I was ready to roll! Which of these three remixes is your favorite? xoxo

i like them all.. if i had to choose them in order of “like” i would pick the middle one with the vest as my #1 (i think i’d love it more with the shoes from the other shorts option, so #2 would be the shorts and turq necklace, and then #3 the skirt. ;0)

Awww! Supercute!
I love the versatility, and I think the 3rd pic is my favorite.

I really love all three looks but the second is my favorite. Any way we could get a close-up of the shoes you’re wearing in the first picture though? They look amazing!

I’m loving all three outfits and how you’ve reworked this item so many ways! I especially love it as a skirt and the way you’ve paired it with the white jacket and wide belt. It just calls summer chic/I’m heading to a rooftop bar or something. P.S. Love the pockets!

I love them all!
I think my favorite is the middle.
But the first with the shorts is a very close second. (:

I am going to have to go with look #2….that being said they are all fabulous! You arew great with mixing and re-mixing. I really like the laid back classy casual look of #2 though! Giant turquiose beads are great! I ‘ve been lurking around your blog for a couple weeks now, decided it was time to come out of the closet!
